For more information on this author or work, see number: 1760
Goddard, together with a dentist, Joseph E. Parker, combined practical information on the treatment of dental disease based on a knowledge of pathology. The work contains much information on the use of porcelains in the making of artificial dentures. The thirty plates, showing anatomy, pathology, and dental equipment, are of special interest. There is also a brief history of earlier writing on the teeth as well as a good bibliography.
