De Activa Medicinae Scientia Commentarri Duo contains a personal health regimen – diet, exercise, sleep, purging, healthy travel by land and sea, etc. Sixty pages are dedicated to cosmetics, many on wine and food, and hygiene. It was quickly translated into French and twice reprinted.
