In the first part of this early work on obstetrics and pediatrics, Goldhammer has presented his material in the form of 307 short questions with answers. A second part discusses the essential principles of obstetrical examination for midwives. And, in a third part, Goldhammer has assembled a collection of prayers with scriptural references for midwives and for expectant fathers and mothers.
