By 1683, Culpeper's Pharmacopoeia had been printed at least thirteen or fourteen times. The last English edition was printed in 1718 and an American edition was printed in Boston in 1720. The Wellcome Catalogue of printed books lists some seventeen different printings of this work and Cushing lists nineteen.
