The author of this work, a Jesuit priest and scientist of some renown, here presents the anatomy, physiology, and reproduction of man and plants. He also claims to have taught the principles of the circulation of the blood without having knowledge of Harvey's work. The sole illustration is a line drawing which demonstrates the role of light rays in the eye.
