This Latin edition of De motu cordis was issued on the occasion of the third centenary of its first publication. 250 copies of the book were published for the Royal College of Physicians of London. Lier printed another issue of this work during 1928 as Volume V of Monumenta Medica edited by Henry E. Sigerist (1891-1957).
