This collected edition of the works of one of the greatest Jewish physicians is outstanding in the history of medicine. Zacutus’ highly respected work De Medicorum Principium Historia is included here, as are letters from Heurnius, Nonius and Vega. The author’s focus on psychiatric problems is also notable.
