A French physician and follower of Paracelsus (Heirs 205), Du Chesne is mostly remembered for his alchemical theories and being the first to introduce Paracelsus’s antimonial remedies to France. This extensive work consists of discussions of Epilepsy, Vertigo, Apoplexy and Paralysis.
