In this scarce and little-known work on surgical bandaging, Manfredini presents a comprehensive review of the theory, practice, and use of bandages, compresses, and other surgical apparatus. The second volume, an atlas, contains some 245 figures that illustrate a wide variety of bandages, splints, harnesses, trusses, and other devices for use in all types of medical situations where some type of binding or appliance was needed.
